The solvent’s flash point Is 100°F-138°F (38°C-59°C). If youbecome dizzy while using cleaning solvent, Immediately get fresh air and medicalhelp. If solvent contacts eyes, Immediately wash your eyes and seek medicalattention.· Compressed air used for cleaning or drying purposes, or for clearing restrictions,should never exceed 30 psi (207 kPa). Wear protective clothing (goggles/shield,gloves, etc.) and use caution to avoid Injury to personnel.1.Clean all removed components with dry cleaning solvent and dry with compressed air. Ensure that gasketmounting surface on rocker arm cover and cylinder head Is clean and dry.2.inspect all removed components for cracks, breaks, bends, corrosion, or other damage. Replace damagedcomponents.1.If removed, install oil filler plug (11) and O-ring to rocker arm cover (4).2.3.Install new gasket (8) and rocker arm cover (4) oncylinder head (10) with clamp (5) with fuel over-flow hose (9), bolt (6) and two bolts (7).Install oil coolercover (1) lifting hook (3), and bolt(2) on rocker arm cover (4).Follow-onTasks:· Install starter switch assembly (see para-graph 4-131).4-339
