PREPARATION FOR MOVEMENT- Cont’d(a)Remove steel tent pins (1) from feet (2) of the frame assemblies and store in the tent pin container.(b)Collapse the center wall frame assembly (3) legs (4) on each side of the MCPS by pulling the pull pins(5), rotating the feet (2) 90 degrees, and pushing the lower leg assembly (6) up. Be sure the lower legassemblies (6) lock once they are collapsed.(c)Collapse one side of the MCPS at a time by pulling the pull pins (7) on the end wall assemblies (8),rotating the feet 90 degrees, and lowering the frame assembly. Be sure the leg assemblies lock oncethey are collapsed.(d)Remove the luminaires (9) and straps (10). Place in light set storage container and remove from tent.WARNINGWhen handling tent frame, do not grasp the frame near the frame joints. Failure to do socan result in personnel injury to hands and fingers.NOTEIf, at any time, a pole or leg does not rotate easily, donotforceit. Check the handles tomake sure that none of the handles are locked or jammed.(e)Unlock the handles (11) on the two center legs (4) by pushing them towards the center of the MCPS.Change 2 2-49
