Remove clamp, loop cable at eight places (four with tiedown rings)
as shown.
Replace clamp and tighten clamp nuts.
NOTE
When moving shelter, disassemble storm configuration
kit and cut cable as close to ground as possible.
Discard cable components. Retain the four tiedown
rings and store in equipment container.

OPERATION DURING BLACKOUT CONDITIONS
NOTE
During blackout condition, enter and leave shelter
through personnel door only.
Do not operate exterior
area light.

Activate all interior lights and check from 25 feet (7.6 meters)
away to ensure no light is visible.

Place blackout override switch to OFF position.
NOT E
Blackout override switch must remain in OFF
position for duration.
