Item No. Column. The numbers in this column indicate the sequence in which tasks are to be done. Use the
number of the task you are doing and enter it in the "TM Item No." column of DA Form 2404 to document your
maintenance actions.

procedure by which the inspection is to be performed and expected results are described.
