Repeat step (5) to remove lockout bracket assemblies (15) fromposition at midpoint of axle (8) and pivot axle bracket (12).NOTEWelded pads on axle and plvot axle bracket ldentify correct lnstallation location oflockout bracket assemblies.(11) Install top lockout bracket (9), four sleeves (7), bottom lockout bracket (6) four bolts (5), and nuts(10) on each end of axle (8) and pivot axle bracket (12). Handtighten nuts.(12) Wrench tighten nuts 1 ¼ to 2 flats.(13) Install safety pins (11) through bolts(5) to secure nuts (10).(14) Lock pivoting tray lockout brace (1) tolower bracket (2) with hitch pin (4) and safety pin (3).2-33.
