Griddle Assembly.
(a)
Refer to para 2-8b(1) and ensure M2 burner unit is prepared for movement.
(b)
Remove the grease chute (1).
(c)
Remove the long splash guard (2), the two short splash guards (3) and the grease slot plug (4).
(d)
Separate and remove the griddle top (5) from the double burner rack (6) and base rack (7).
