MBU Power configuration for 110V AC power source used
with the Modular Field Kitchen (MFK), Mobile Kitchen
Trailer (MKT), and Food Sanitation Center (FSC). Power
is drawn from the commercial or other 110V AC source
using the 50 ft (110Vac) extension cord connected to the
power converter. From the converter, power is distributed
using a 24V DC power cable extension that is connected
to a branch cable which in turn is connected to the
individual burners. Up to 4 burners can be supplied with
power from each of the two power converter outlets.
