BUMP THROUGH DOORS HANDLE ASSEMBLY MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS This task covers: Replace INITIAL SETUP Tools Drill, electric portable (Appendix B, Section III, Item 3) Drill set, twist (Appendix B, Section III, Item 4) Riveter set (Appendix B, Section III, Item 5) Parts/Materials Nylon handle Rivets, blind (Appendix D, Item 9) Equipment Condition Door removed from ISO frame assembly. (Refer to para 2-5.) REMOVE NOTE Twist drill size is determined by size of rivet used in handle installation. Drill out both rivets (1) securing nylon handle (2) to door (3). INSTALL Mount handle (2) to door (3) by installing two rivets (1). NOTE FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE: If required, install and adjust door (Refer to para 2-4.) 4-44
