From the outside, lift the flaps on the corner of the roof cap (2) out of the way and flatten the rain gutter flaps
against the walls of both tents so that the hook and pile fastener strips (4) are aligned, and press them
together. The rain gutter (1) will extend 10" to 12" out from the MCPS.

Pull the flaps on the corners of the roof cap (2) down to seal the small opening where the rain gutter (1)
extends from inside the tent.
NOTE
If you want the rainwater to run out on one side of the rain gutter, close
off the end, using the hook and pile fasteners provided. Simply lift the
end of the rain gutter up, flatten it out and connect the hook and pile
strips to hold it in place.

Fasten the quick disconnect and hook and pile fasteners on the inside and outside corners of the wall
assemblies and draw the straps tight.

Equipment Installation. The other components for the MCPS are a light set, four lightweight map boards and two
light-weight tables. The light set has previously been installed (Paragraph 2-6.f.). Once the tent is fully set up, the
additional parts of the MCPS may be carried in through the entrance way.

Equipment Straps. Equipment straps (1) are provided to hang items from the frame. To attach a strap,
position the fabric over the top of the frame and push the hook through the loop of fabric. Then hang desired
items from hook.
