Discard preformed packing.Remove dust cap (1) from quick disconnectcoupler (5).4.Remove straight connector (3) from hose (4).5.Repeat steps 1 through 4 for other end of hose (4).6.Remove quick disconnect nipple (7) andpreformed packing (6) from straight connector(9). Discard preformed packing.7.Remove dust plug (6) from quick disconnectnipple (7).8.9.Remove straight connector (9) from hose (10).Repeat steps 1 and 6 through 8 for other end ofhose (10).b .ASSEMBLY NOTEl Perform steps 1 through 5 to assemble hose assembly with quick disconnectnipples on both ends.l Perform steps 1 and 6 through 9 to assemble hose assembly with quick disconnectcouplers on both ends.1.Secure hose (4 or 10) in a vise.2.install straight connector (9) on hose (10).4-396
