(Refer to paragraph 4-33) Using snap ring pliers, install retaining rings (36) and screws (35) in closeout panels (37 and 38). Attach weather seals (33) to ECU intake and return closeout panels (34). (Refer to paragraph 4-41) Using snap ring pliers, assemble two washers (32) and captive screw (31 ) at each of four locations on ECU intake and return closeout panels (34). Hinged Sidewall 15.
