Inspect mounting surfaces for corrosion and damage. Inspect for and replace if necessary: a. Missing or damaged components b. Corrosion or paint damage. Panel skin damage (Refer to paragraph 4-32 through 4-43.) Corrosion or paint damage. (Refer to paragraph 4-44) Using installation tool, assemble two hinge edge members (25) to base frame (4) with 224 rivets (24) . (Refer to paragraph 4-32) Position brackets (23) on base frame channel (4) and install bolts (22), washers (21), lockwashers (20), and nuts (19). Position spacer (18) and lower mobilizer fitting (17) on base frame (4) and install screws (16), bolts (15), washers (14), lockwashers (13), and nuts (12). 4-145
