12. Using snap ring pliers, install retaining rings (36) and screws (35) in closeout panels (37 and
38).
13. Attach weather seals (33) to ECU intake and return closeout panels (34). (Refer to para-
graph 4-40)
14. Using snap ring pliers, assemble two washers (32) and captive screw (31) at each of four
locations on ECU intake and return closeout panels (34).

15. Assemble retainer strip (29) and seal (30) and secure with rivets (28). (Refer to paragraph
4-40)
16. Assemble hinges (26 and 27) and secure with rivets (25). (Refer to paragraph 4-32)
NOTE
The rivets on each end of the hinges are special high strength rivets
and require the use of installation tool, Appendix B, Item 14.
