Using snap ring pliers, assemble two washers (32) and captive screw (31) at each of four locations on ECU intake and return closeout panels (34). Hinged Sidewall 15. Assemble retainer strip (29) and seal (30) and secure with rivets (28). (Refer to paragraph 4-40) 16. Assemble hinges (26 and 27) and secure with rivets (25).
