Discard Iockwashers.2.Remove four screws (15), Iockwashers (13), washers (14), and rear distribution box (12) from rear doily.b.DISASSEMBLY1.Remove retaining nut (11) from rear of connector (4).2.Tag and disconnect wires of branched wiring harness (18) from connectors (4 and 23).3.Remove branched wiring harness (18) and grommet (17) from cover (7).4.Remove four nuts (10), screws (1), lockwashers (2), cover (3), connector (4), bushing (5), and gasket (6) fromcover (7). Discard Iockwashers, bushing, and gasket.5.Remove four nuts(16), screws (21), lockwashers (20), connector (23), cover(22), and gasket (19)from cover(7).Discard Iockwashers and gasket.WARNINGDry cleaning solvent P-D-680, is toxic and flammable. Always wear protective gogglesand gloves, and use only in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, andclothes, and DO NOT breathe vapors DO NOT use near open flame or excessive heat.The solvent’s flash point is 100°F-138°F (38°C-59°C). If you become dizzy whileusing cleaning solvent immediately get fresh air and medical help.
