4-21. Wood Toggles.

Sailmakers needle (Item 5, Appendix E)
Tent Erected
Twine (Item 6, Appendix E)
Replace (figure 4-18).
(1)
Cut twine (1) holding wood toggle (2) to the tent body.
(2)
Obtain a 15-inch length of twine.
(3)
Pass end of twine through a sailmakers needle and hand sew wood toggle to the tent body by passing twine
through the fabric and around notch of wood toggle several times.
(4)
Tie the ends of twine with a square knot (FM 10-16).
