If the equipment has been damaged,report the damage on SF Form 364, Report of Discrepancy.b.Completeness. Check equipment against the packing slip to see if the shipment is complete. Report alldiscrepancies in accordance with instructions in DA PAM 738-750. The equipment can be placed m service even thougha minor assembly or part, which does not affect proper functioning, is missing.c.Modifications. Check to see whether the equipment has been modified. (Equipment that has been modified willhave the Modification Work Order (MWO) number on the case near the nomenclature plate.)
