Double Base Rack. Prepare the double base racks for movement by nesting the griddle assembly and steam
table assembly into the racks as follows:
NOTE
Requires the following persons to lift.
Griddle Assembly - eight persons
Steam Table Assembly - six persons
(1) Set the griddle top (1) and double burner rack (2) into an inverted base rack (3).
(2) Place a base rack (3) over the steam table assembly (4).
(3) Place the long splash guard (5) on top of the adapter (diagonally).
