INTRODUCTION
This section lists the common malfunctions that may be found during the operation or maintenance of
the dolly set or components. Perform the test/inspection and corrective action in the order listed.
This table cannot list all the malfunctions that may occur, nor all tests or inspections and corrective
actions. If a malfunction is not listed, or if it is not corrected by the listed corrective action, notify your
supervisor.
EXPLANATION OF COLUMNS
MALFUNCTION
Visual or operational indication that
something is wrong with your equipment.
TEST OR INSPECTION
Procedure used to isolate the problem to
a system or component.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Procedure used to correct the problem.
