PMCS COLUMN DESCRIPTION
Item - The order that PMCS should be performed. It is also used as a source of item numbers for the TM number column
on DA Form 2404 Equipment Inspection and Maintenance worksheet when recording results of PMCS.
Interval - Tells when each check is to be performed.
Item To Be Inspected - Lists the checks to be performed.
Equipment is Not Ready/Available - Has an entry only when the dolly set should not be operated or accepted with that
problem.
