Replace Flame Sensor. To replace the flame sensor assembly (1), remove the two screws and
lockwashers (2) with a crosstip screwdriver. Disconnect the flame sensor wiring harness (3) by separating
the connector at the end of the harness. Remove the flame sensor assembly.
Install a new flame sensor assembly (1) on the fuel delivery block (4). Secure the two screws and
lockwashers (2) with a crosstip screwdriver. Reconnect the flame sensor wiring harness assembly
connector (3).
