(3.18 mm) diameter holeswithin damaged area.b.Dry panel per paragraph 4-31, if required.c.Mix small quantity of adhesive (Item 1,Appendix E) in accordance with manufacturer’sInstructions.flying metal chips.d.Transfer adhesive to caulking gun and injectadhesive through two drilled holes to fill core cellscompletely.e.Apply heat using tripod base heat lamp,Appendix B,-item 16, at 200°F (93.3°C) for 40 to60 minutes to fully cure adhesive.Alternatecures:150° F for 4 hours or 75° F for 72 hours.f.g.traces ofCheck by tapping damaged area to ensure complete filling of cells.Sand damaged area with sandpaper (Item 17, Appendix E) to remove allpaint and excess adhesive.W A R N I N GMethylethylketone is flammable and toxic and shallbe used only in a well-ventilated area away from allsparks or open flame.Gloves should be worn during use.4-161
