INSPECTInspect the door header (1) for bents, the pulleys (2), for free movement, or deformations in the endplates (3), and presence and proper functioning of the quick release pin and lanyard assemblies (4). REPLACEIf door header assembly is damaged, bent, or pulleys won’t operate, replace the entire door headerassembly.
